Star Health Strengthens Madhya Pradesh Presence with New Zonal Office in Bhopal

Bhopal : Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited (NSE: STARHEALTH; BSE: 543412), one of India’s leading standalone health insurance companies, on Wednesday inaugurated its new Zonal Office at Maple High Street, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal, reinforcing its presence in Madhya Pradesh. The office was inaugurated by Mr. Anand Roy, Managing Director & CEO, Star Health & Allied Insurance, in the presence of senior leadership and channel partners.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Anand Roy said:

Established Footprint Across Madhya Pradesh

  • A network of over 30,000 agents

In FY 2025–26 (till date), the company has:

  • Serviced more than 2.5 lakh policyholders in Madhya Pradesh
  • Provided health insurance coverage to over 5.5 lakh lives in the state

Since inception, the company has settled over 4.3 lakh claims amounting to nearly ₹2,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh, reflecting its scale, consistent claims servicing track record and sustained customer trust in the state.

The new zonal office brings together the Zonal Underwriting Cell (ZUC), Zonal Office Claims Administration (ZOCA), and Sales teams under one roof, enabling tighter coordination and faster turnaround times, particularly for claims and servicing requirements.

This integrated structure is designed to streamline internal processes, reduce response cycles, and strengthen overall service reliability for customers and agents across Madhya Pradesh.
