Mahindra dedicates 10 New Dealerships during this Festival Season for its Truck and Bus Customers

¨       Mahindra’s truck and bus network slated to grow to 97 3S dealerships with ongoing launch of 10 new dealerships during Oct-Nov 2025. 

¨       The new Dealerships are being added at Durgapur, Guwahati, Haldwani, Hissar, Bhopal, Hubli, Raipur, Muzzafarpur, Jalandhar and Kanpur.

¨       This would add 60 more vehicle service bays, taking the overall capacity to nearly 1200 service bays, pan-India to impart quick and efficient service to its customers.

¨       All the newly added dealerships are fully equipped to offer state-of-the-art sales, spares, and service to the entire range of Mahindra commercial vehicles.

¨       Overall, combined with SML network, Mahindra’s truck and bus sales, service and spares network has now grown to 203 3S dealerships, 137 2S dealerships, 273 authorized workshops, 2000+ Spares retailers, 200+ Mobile Service vans & mobile workshops as roadside assistance points supported with 22 exclusive M-Parts Plazas outlets. The company also has India’s first multi-lingual helpline, NOW 24x7, manned by technical experts to provide instant support and complaint resolution to customers and drivers.

 

Mumbai : After achieving a robust volume growth over the past 4 years and with aspirations of further strengthening its footprint in the truck and bus business, Mahindra is inaugurating 10 new dealerships in this festival season. These ten, state-of-the-art 3S dealerships are located in Durgapur, Guwahati, Haldwani, Hissar, Bhopal, Hubli, Raipur, Muzzafarpur, Jalandhar and Kanpur, adding another 60 vehicle service bays with an overall capacity of servicing more than 100 vehicles per day in addition to providing driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance and AdBlue availability.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vinod Sahay, President – Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, Executive Chairman, SML Isuzu Ltd. and Member of Group Executive Board, said, "Addition of 10 more 3S dealerships further reinforces our serious commitment to the truck and bus business and our strong growth aspirations. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. now holds close to 7% market share in trucks and buses, with a 24% market share in I&LCV buses. We are targeting to increase our market share to 10-12% by FY31 and over 20% by FY36."
