Mumbai :
Godrej Industries Group, in partnership with The Global
Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) and Arogya World, successfully concluded
the Global Summit 2025 and the 14th Annual Healthy Workplace Conference held on
November 20–21 at Godrej One, Mumbai. Themed “Workplace Health 2030:
Redefining the Future, From Wellness to Vitality,” the event brought together global leaders, researchers, and HR
practitioners to shape the next decade of workplace well-being.

Keynotes featured Dr. Rati Godrej on
“Where Leadership, Technology & Empathy Meet,” along with insights from
Banmali Agrawala, Chairman of Tata Advanced Systems, and Sumit Mitra, CHRO,
Godrej Industries. Hector Garcia, author of IKIGAI, spoke on cultural
drivers of happiness. Experts from the OECD, National University of Singapore,
Bridge Health, Tata Power, Reliance Industries, Pfizer, DU (UAE), and Nuvoco
Vistas Corp. Ltd. discussed AI-driven well-being, mental health leadership, and
ESG-linked metrics, with additional perspectives from Petrobras, Allianz,
Sanofi, Wipro, and Bayer.
The summit included mindfulness
workshops, personalized wellness case studies, and networking, hosted the Global
Healthy Workplace Awards, and announced Arogya City Mumbai.
With 40+ speakers from 10+ countries,
the summit strengthened its role as a platform shaping healthier, future-ready
workplaces.
