campus, decisively reinforcing employer confidence in the University’s talent
pool and academic ecosystem. The season witnessed 2500+ recruitments across IT,
core engineering, consulting, analytics, manufacturing, automotive, energy,
FMCG, and BFSI sectors, highlighting MIT-WPU’s growing prominence as a
preferred destination for leading employers.
This surge in recruiter
participation builds on an upward trend over recent year. Increasing number of
companies visiting the campus reflecting both the University’s expanding
industry reaches and its strong student performance in technical, analytical,
and problem-solving assessments. Leading organisations engaged with students
early, demonstrating confidence in their preparedness and professional
maturity.

participated in the last year's placement season include Amazon, Nvidia,
Chevron Engineering, JP Morgan, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, IBM,
Oracle, Cummins, PACCAR, Baker Hughes, Marriott International, Cognizant, BNY
Mellon, Intuit, Emerson, IQVIA, Principal Global, Reliance Industries, Northern
Trust, Electronic Arts, Maersk, Accenture, Barclays, Berger Paints, Britannia,
Capgemini, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Federal Bank,

The 2026 placement season at
MIT-WPU recorded strong compensation outcomes, with over 200 students securing
offers exceeding ₹10 lakh per annum. In 2026 placement cycle, the University
has achieved a highest compensation package of ₹46 lakh per annum, reflecting
the long-term depth and quality of opportunities available to students at
MIT-WPU.

stronger student performance in technical assessments, case-based evaluations,
and early interview rounds, enabling recruiters to identify and onboard talent
more efficiently.
