Mumbai : The Wealth Company Mutual Fund, part of Pantomath
Group has announced the launch of The Wealth Company Balanced Advantage Fund,
an open-ended dynamic asset allocation fund. The fund aims at delivering long
term capital appreciation through a disciplined mix of equity and debt
investments. The fund seeks to dynamically manage exposure between equity and
debt based on market conditions, valuations and risk indicators. It will invest
a minimum of 65 percent in equity and equity related instruments, with up to 35
percent allocated to debt and money market instruments, enabling participation
in growth opportunities while managing volatility across market cycles.
The New Fund Offer opened on January
27, 2026 and closes on February 10, 2026. The scheme will reopen for
continuous sale and repurchase on February 19, 2026.

The scheme will be benchmarked against the
CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 Moderate Index Total Return Index, in line with its
blended equity debt investment approach.

The equity portion of the scheme will be managed by Ms. Aparna
Shanker, CIO Equity, who brings over three decades of experience in the
mutual fund industry. The debt portion of the scheme will be jointly managed by
Mr. Umesh Sharma and Mr. Varun Nanavati, both seasoned fixed
income professionals with deep expertise across interest rate cycles, credit
evaluation, risk management and portfolio construction.
