Bangalore: Mia by Tanishq, India’s leading contemporary fine
jewellery brand, has come on board as the Official
Style Partner for the Hornbill Festival 2025 - one of the country’s most
cherished celebrations of cultural heritage, artistry, community, and creative
expression. Through this partnership, Mia brings its “Precious, every day” philosophy to a festival that beautifully mirrors the values the
brand stands for: individuality, confidence, craftsmanship, and the power of
personal stories.

dedicated engagement zone. The brand also offers thoughtfully designed
merchandise and product giveaways that enhance the visitor experience while
staying true to the festival’s emphasis on heritage, creativity, and community.
On
day three of the event, the brand unveiled special edition “Mia x Hornbill”
pendants in Kisama Heritage Village, inspired by the spirit of culture, craft,
and modern femininity which included Hornbill-inspired designs amongst others
inspired by Naga motifs —in state colors (red, black, green, white) as commemorative
yet everyday-wearable pieces. These pendants embody this seamless blend of
traditional artistry and contemporary style. Through this partnership, Mia by
Tanishq reinforces its identity as a bold, modern, and stylish jewellery brand
that celebrates diverse narratives of self-expression across music, adventure,
and fashion-forward lifestyles.
Mia
forged meaningful connections with women from diverse walks of life at the
Hornbill Festival, celebrating their individuality, ambition, and everyday
style through fine jewellery. The brand engaged local icons including guitarist
Imnainla
Jamir, biker Onen Nenty,
Iuli
Yeptho, Trance Effect’s lead vocalist, and fashion
influencer Imlisen
Pongen to build authentic Nagaland brand awareness.
Showcasing a fashion-forward approach, Mia highlighted its commitment to
empowering women who express themselves boldly across music, adventure, and
style. By aligning with the Hornbill Festival’s celebration of Nagaland’s
iconic tribal cultures and heritage, Mia reinforced its core values of culture
curation, self-expression, and contemporary Gen Z fashion.
The partnership marks Mia’s first major Northeast venture,
building on Tanishq’s Dimapur presence to deepen cultural ties and support
planned Mia store expansion.
Ms. Shyamala Ramanan, Business Head – Mia by Tanishq,

rich, expressive, and creatively vibrant regions of the country. Nagaland, in
particular, has a strong artistic identity, and we are excited to build a
long-term relationship with its community. Through this collaboration, we aim
to bring Mia’s contemporary design language closer to the women of the North
East, and to foster a space where they have access to the best of fine
jewellery, crafted with authenticity, modernity, and heart.”

modern, expressive designs crafted for every moment and story, and the
