Kathmandu :
TVS Motor Company, a global leader in two and three-wheeler manufacturing, announced
the launch of TVS Apache Racing Experience International (ARE GP) in Nepal. The
day-long event at the Vehicle Academy and Research Center, Satungal marked a
significant milestone as the brand celebrates 20 years of the TVS Apache
series.
The
Apache Racing Experience is a purpose-built platform where TVS Apache owners
unleash the true racing capability of their machines in a fun, safe, and
professionally curated championship environment, learning race craft and
advanced riding techniques from TVS Racing champions.
The
first selection round had over 55 participants and 300 visitors. Riders went
wheel-to-wheel on a professionally engineered circuit featuring 10 technically
demanding corners, with performance measured on outright pace through fastest lap
timings. The championship was contested across three race classes on TVS Apache
160cc, 200cc and 310cc—creating a level playing field for riders across
segments to push the limits of man and machine while showcasing precision,
speed, and racecraft.
The top
three finishers in each category earned a coveted opportunity to take to the
tarmac at the iconic Madras International Circuit (MIC), India, in April 2026,
where they will go head-to-head with champions from four countries. The championship
winners will be rewarded with an all-expenses-paid MotoGP experience, the
chance to compete in the prestigious TVS India One Make Championship (OMC),
official Petronas TVS Racing team apparel, an exclusive visit to the TVS
factory, and complimentary entry to TVS marquee rides and TVS MotoSoul.
The day-long
celebration also had engagement activities like Apache Pro Performance shows
and gymkhana sessions that was followed by music performances giving riders and
enthusiasts a complete motorsport festival experience.
