Security Forces Demolish Umar Nabi

Security forces have demolished the Pulwama home of Dr Umar Nabi, the man suspected to be involved in the deadly car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort. The explosion, which took place earlier this week, killed several people and is being treated as a major terror attack.

House Reduced to Rubble

The demolition took place in Koil village of Pulwama, where Dr Umar’s two-storey house was brought down by authorities. Officials said this action was part of ongoing operations to dismantle the terror network believed to be behind the Delhi blast. Dr Umar is accused of driving or helping prepare the explosive-laden car used in the attack.

More Arrests in the Case

Along with the demolition, two more suspects from Jammu & Kashmir were detained in Uttar Pradesh. Police believe they are linked to the same terror module and may have helped with logistics or planning.

Investigations Expand

Security agencies are investigating how the group operated across states and whether they received any support from outside the country. Teams are checking financial transactions, travel routes, and communication records to trace the full network.

Shock in Umar’s Village

Residents of Koil village said they were shocked to hear Dr Umar’s name connected to a terror case. Many described him as a well-educated doctor with a good reputation, making the allegations even more surprising.

Next Steps

Investigators say more arrests are likely as the probe continues. Authorities are also looking into where the explosives were made and how the car reached Delhi without detection.
