New Delhi: Ms
Puja Garg took over as the 43rd National President of FICCI
Ladies Organisation (FLO), the business women wing of FICCI and the
oldest women-led and women-centric business chamber of Southeast Asia.
As the 43rd National President of FLO Ms
Pooja Garg with a year long tenure 2026-27 will be focussing
on empowering women by facilitating an enabling environment that promotes
entrepreneurship, industry participation and economic development of women.
Under her leadership, FLO will carry out many interventions towards
fostering larger contributions of women in India’s Industrial and economic
growth story.
FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) was established in
1983 as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce &
Industry (FICCI). FLO serves as an all-India forum for women, with its headquarters
in New Delhi and 21 chapters across India,
representing about 15,000 women
entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate executives – and counting.
“As I take on the responsibility
of leading this extraordinary collective of women across India, my vision is
clear and deeply committed: to strengthen FLO from within and to scale our
influence beyond. This guiding theme, Strength Within, Scale Beyond, represents
a strategic focus on institutional excellence, deeper alignment across
chapters, and a bold expansion of our national and global impact.” Said Ms Puja
Garg, newly appointed National President of FICCI Ladies Organisation
(FLO)
“FLO is far more than a
network; it is a powerful institution built on leadership, enterprise,
collaboration, and meaningful impact. It represents the collective strength of
women shaping India’s economic and social future. My commitment is to ensure
FLO becomes the most trusted and influential platform for women across sectors,
regions, and generations.” Said Ms Garg.
“Our initiatives will remain
anchored in sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, skilling, and
leadership, guided by a long-term vision for measurable transformation. As India
advances toward the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, women will be central to this
journey. FLO must not simply participate in these conversations; we must help
shape them.” She said.
