Mahotsav has been conceptualised to build deep
community engagement and strengthen regional affinity.
Mumbai : JSW Cement today announced
the launch of JSW Cement Khel Mahotsav, its largest-ever sports-led
brand activation in India, spanning the states of Rajasthan and Haryana.
Designed to build deep community engagement and strengthen regional affinity,
this landmark initiative will bring together thousands of aspiring athletes
through cricket and wrestling.
At the heart of this activation is the Rajasthan
Cricket Mahotsav 2026 - set to be the biggest-ever tennis-ball cricket
tournament hosted in Rajasthan. Running from March 20, 2026 to May 2026, the
tournament will provide a competitive platform for teams from across the state
to showcase their talent. More than 400 teams and over 6,000 participants are
expected to take part in the tournament, making it one of the largest brand-led
cricket initiatives in the region.
The cricket tournament offers a compelling prize
structure, including a ₹11 lakh
cash prize for the State Champions, cars for the Best Batter and Best Bowler, ₹50,000 cash prizes for
District Champions, trial opportunities with professional T20 teams, among
other rewards.
Beyond cricket, the Dangal Mahotsav in Haryana
will draw inspiration from the state’s rich sporting culture, particularly its
deep-rooted association with traditional wrestling. The event will see
participation from over 1,300 wrestlers across all districts, competing across
five age and weight categories.
Both cricket and wrestling will see participation
from across all districts and talukas. From gully-level matches to stadium
finals played in front of home crowds, the initiative is designed to transform
local participation into aspirational sporting journeys. By bridging amateur play
with professional exposure, JSW Cement aims to empower emerging athletes and
enable them to pursue their dreams on a larger stage.

This activation marks a strategic step in JSW
