: ACC, part of the diversified Adani Portfolio and
the fastest-growing building materials and Solutions Company, is enabling
grassroots professionals to grow through structured engagement across Madhya
Pradesh. Umesh Pandit, originally from Bihar and now a contractor in Bhopal,
began his journey as a labourer before gradually moving into masonry and then
contracting.
His association with ACC began in 2024, when ACC’s
TSE (Technical Services Engineer) Mr Dhananjay Singh introduced him to a range
of support programmes and technical resources. Initially loyal to another
brand, Umesh was drawn to ACC’s end-to-end ecosystem, which included ACT (ACC
Certified Technology), Reward Connect, Silver Scheme, Contractor Passport and various
technical workshops. Since aligning with ACC, he has constructed eight
ACT-enabled houses and regularly consults ACC engineers to improve construction
quality, earning trust in the local market.
The shift not only enhanced his technical knowledge
but also helped him establish credibility with clients and peers alike. Umesh
Pandit’s growth reflects how ACC continues to strengthen its contractor network
by blending product quality with on-ground support. His journey underscores the
impact of sustained technical collaboration and loyalty-driven engagement in
expanding contractor capabilities in Bhopal and beyond.
