Bhopal: The CDSL Investor Protection Fund (CDSL
IPF) conducted Investor Awareness Programs on Introduction
to Capital Market and Depositories under its
AtmanirbHER initiative. The program was conducted at Govt Industrial Training
Institute.
The sessions were designed
to introduce students and faculty members to the fundamentals of the capital market and depository system, while
enhancing awareness around responsible investing, the role and functioning of
depositories, and the safeguards available for investor protection. The
initiative aimed to build confidence among women participants to engage with
financial markets in an informed, secure, and structured manner.
The programs explained key
concepts related to essential investing concepts through relatable examples and
interactive discussions, enabling better comprehension and practical relevance.
Through initiatives such as
AtmanirbHER, CDSL IPF continues to promote financial literacy and encourage
informed participation in the securities market across various regions of the
country.
